Wholistic Massage & Breath
Deep layer effects, somatic-sensitive, meditative and balancing.
Time out for yourself.
Are you looking for fresh energy, do you want to feel more relaxed and lighter?
More flexible, simply regenerate your sports and hiking muscles in a pleasurable way? Or would you like to treat yourself more sympathetically in your demanding everyday life, perhaps to get to the bottom of moods, anxieties, insomnia and digestion in a mindful way? Would you like to support somatic, therapeutic healing processes, are you looking for grounding and impulses to align yourself better, free from your head and more intuitive?
Somatic-sensitive massage. It is about what the person being treated brings with them, if necessary also on energetic levels. This allows the details in the overall treatment flow to change individually during each visit instead of following a rigid concept. Rhythmic impulses with or without music allow the mind to calm down and give space to the body and self-awareness. Guided elements such as “body scan” and breathing and mindfulness practice are incorporated before and after the session. The snapshots as well as the new experiences and possible changes can thus be consciously absorbed and integrated by the body in a learning process.
Mindful. For you. The full-body treatment with natural organic oils takes place at ground level on a cushioned mat. In its holistic form, it is based on Louka Leppard's Tula massage “Meditation in Touch” in combination with therapeutic breath work, a meditative process to become aware of and drain energy channels, physical and emotional blockages and, of course, to release tense muscles.
Stronger impulses are also included, working with gravity in a mindful, accepting way. Individual “knot points” are addressed instead of mechanically “forcing” with pure muscle strength. Integrating, stretching movements are constantly incorporated so that the entire body is considered in its unity.
In addition to many details, the treatment includes relaxation of the spine, legs, feet, back, arms, shoulders, abdomen, chest, neck and head. Partial treatments are possible.
Preparation
Clothing, Food:
You don't need to bring anything else for the massage apart from yourself. For the flow of movement it is best and OK to be completely undressed, the areas not being treated are always covered!
If you feel more comfortable this way, please wear a thong so that I can treat the entire sides, the leg muscles sideways up to the hips/back “in the flow”. (NOTHING sexual!)
No belts, jewelry or earrings is an advantage.
For partial treatments, e.g. neck/head, upper body back/abdomen (up to 1 hour), please also wear something soft and comfortable for lying down, without belt buckles, hard folds, etc. You can also change your clothes on site.
If nothing else is planned, you will first lie in a longer prone position, then on your back, with your feet/knees underneath you.
Food? As is generally the case with body treatments, yoga, sport, etc., if possible do not eat for at least 1/2 to 1.0 hour beforehand or only eat light meals. Basic hygiene is of course nice for each other. It's better to take your hair to the hairdresser afterwards because of the head massage... ;-) I recommend taking a shower/care beforehand so that the massage oil can take effect. However, a warm bath afterwards is also a good idea! Afterwards, drink plenty of water or herbal teas, preferably unsweetened, and perhaps don't “dig into” heavy food straight afterwards.
If possible, have a break or walk and try not to rush straight away afterwards...
Important:
For body treatments, please always let us know on your own responsibility if there are parts or areas that should be treated with special care or left out (spine, joints, strains, etc.)!
If you have restrictions but would like to take part, please speak to your doctor, medical practitioner or psychologist in advance.
Take particular care with, for example
- Fractures, porous bones
- Strains, joint dislocations
- Heart problems
- Eye pressure
- Mental illnesses
You can of course also give feedback at any time during treatment if something doesn't fit or is okay!
