Setting up Zoom:
- An undisturbed room, water/tea
- A seat (chair, stool) and some space to move around the room even without a chair
- PC/laptop, possibly also your cell phone or similar propped up in a bookend or similar.
- Zoom installed (free for participants), you will receive the Zoom link from me for the session, also included is a download.
- The camera is best positioned so that we can see as much of each other as possible, at least most of the torso when seated, the whole body in the room...
- And of course, the microphone check should not be missing.
- Not a must(!), but a wireless headset or plug-in transmitter/receiver is ideal
- FOR ALL CASES: If possible, handkerchiefs, blanket, pillow
- If you only have quiet in the car because of family or similar, I am also happy to coach you via Zoom and have done it several times (it is possible, embodiment works also with even less space via the facial muscles...).
Note:
Please do NOT drive or work on machines and allow some time and rest afterwards to integrate.
