Hello, dear human!

What is there to say?

Perhaps simply this: there is no career that could disguise where I truly stand.

I am a person with lived experience — someone who has travelled far inwardly.
From an early age, I sensed relational dynamics and subtle levels, read between the lines, and looked beneath the surface. I have seen much, experienced much, and repeatedly re-oriented myself.

I have explored identities — and the process of letting them go.
I have consciously moved through change: as a woman, as a daughter, as a partner, as a human being with desires, blockages, growth, and failure.

The “why-child” in me never disappeared.
Since a young age, I have been drawn to depth psychology, contemplative practice, and self-experience — accompanied, in groups and on my own, over many years.

Human depth can be unsettling.
But it no longer frightens me.
And that is why I now open space for others.

The body is one of our most valuable instruments.
What becomes stored there — unexpressed emotions, protective patterns, tension — can gradually become conscious again through breathing, movement, sound, and mindful awareness.

Everything takes time. And yet, it is never too late.
An accepting attitude, gentle attunement, and embodied awareness can open new pathways — even where people have felt stuck for a long time.

Even emotions and feelings that are socially taboo often carry life force.

When we allow them, they can transform — sometimes even becoming strengths.
