I accompany you step by step — within your individual situation and inner resources — toward greater perceptual awareness and deeper consciousness of yourself.
And, where helpful, toward a deeper understanding of how things came to be as they are:
why your patterns, states, behaviours, and expressions developed the way they did.
In our work, we include not only thoughts and conversation, but also:
- bodily sensations
- emotions
- inner patterns
- relational experiences
- nervous system responses
- behavioural and expressive patterns
This allows for deeper insight and self-trust —
and, unlike purely mental analysis, connects you with felt experience, and therefore with real new possibilities.
Within a safe and supportive space, you can receive tailored impulses and develop ways forward that gradually lead you toward more freedom of choice, greater self-efficacy, and a more embodied, flowing sense of aliveness in your life.

It is not about “getting rid of” something or optimizing yourself.
Rather, change emerges through awareness, embodiment, and new experiences.
Often, change appears subtly at first —
in small moments of greater calm, clarity, or freedom of response.
Over time, these moments can develop into noticeable and sustainable changes in everyday life.
It is your space
The space is open — for current life topics as well as for long-held experiences or difficult emotions.
Anger, grief, or shame can have as much space here as relief, joy, and the life force that can emerge from them.
Often, change begins where an inner “resonance ground” becomes available again.
Sometimes things simply fall into place — or begin to truly take root for the first time.

What is most essential — and often most effective — in human experience does not happen only through language, but through the visible, audible, and felt interaction between body and mind.
You gain clarity about what is possible when you can feel it and sense it from within.
I do not work with diagnoses or from the perspective of “fixing” something.
Your path has been meaningful — and often even intelligent — in helping you navigate earlier life situations.
I work with your capacity to continue learning, to develop new abilities, and to unfold more of who you are over time.
How we work
Together, we work attentively and resource-oriented with the “body-being”.
Through:
- awareness
- posture
- movement
- verbal expression
- expanded perception and understanding
This allows you to widen your experiential range through direct lived experience.
You experience yourself as self-effective — gaining more freedom of choice and new ways of responding to life.
You begin to shape your being, rather than being shaped by circumstances.

I believe in human self-efficacy.
In the meantime, even in places
where we may not yet have gotten to know it.
Aliveness is not a theory, you cannot think up your life.
You can read a lot and sometimes it takes understanding.
But even more, it takes lived experience.
