Embodiment - what is that?
Understanding the body as “self” instead of using it as a “brain taxi” starts with questions such as:
“Am I feeling this way because my body is tense, or am I tense because my head and thoughts are spinning?”
“How am I right now?” and ‘How do I want to be?’. AND HOW do I do that...?
