After the initial conversation, I will suggest an individual form of collaboration that fits your situation and needs.

Sessions usually last 60 minutes.
Depending on the topic and situation, the following are also possible:
- short sessions (15–30 minutes)
- longer sessions
- individual arrangements
Time for integration between sessions is important.

Payment & Organisation
Payment is made in advance via payment link or bank transfer.
Invoices are issued without VAT.
Cash payment on site is possible by arrangement.
Somatic coaching is not covered by health insurance.
For 1:1 coaching packages, you will receive a payment link.

Massage - Units & Pricing
Current Rates & Exchange
M1. "normal", 2,0 hours with 90 min. massage,
160 CHF
M2. "länger", 2,5 hours with 120 min. massage,
210 CHF
M3. Partial treatment, 1.00 h with 45 min. massage,
100 CHF
M4. Individual duration and prices on request, other locations possible for 2-3 treatments per day., if you facilitate a retreat, yoga, meditation event or such and wish to invite.

Framework
Please allow around 2 or 2.5 hours for yourself per session.
- Greeting and arrival, tea
- Sit together in silence for 10 minutes, land, with brief instructions (mindfulness exercise, "body scan")
- Full body treatment with organic massage oil, 90 or 120 minutes
- "Body scan" and final rest while lying down
If possible, allow yourself enough time for yourself afterwards!
